Thanks for the link! It is amazing how difficult Google Adwords makes it to either talk to their support people OR to do a chat with them.
They ARE very quick with billing issues. I guess it is important to them that their incoming $ issues get resolved quickly. it would be nice if they put the same priority on resolving their customer issues.
First they got rid of phone support, then they got rid of email support, and now they got rid of chat support. How does an adwords advertiser get support with adwords. MSN/Bing, Yahoo, and Local.com give way better support than google. At least you can speak to a live person.
Getting help from Google is darn near impossible. Thanks for posting that!

I used chat support the other day and it worked fine, I think it is not 24/7 so sometimes they are available and others not.
